Starting at GFC

Find the right session

Juniors and teens should start in Junior Muay Thai or Teen Muay Thai. We have multiple coaches, so new starters can be shown the basics separately before joining the rest of the session. They can work towards the advanced sessions from there.

We recommend Adult Beginners / Muay Thai Basics if you can make that session. If the time does not suit you, Adult All Levels is also suitable for beginners. There are multiple coaches on hand and more experienced members training alongside you. You can work towards the technical and sparring sessions if you want to.
