Junior Muay Thai classes in Bury

Our junior sessions give children an active introduction to Muay Thai while building fitness, confidence and discipline.

Several coaches work in the junior sessions. A new starter can learn the basics separately with a coach before joining the rest of the class, while experienced juniors keep progressing through more challenging technical work.

Train together

Confidence comes from doing the work

Junior training is challenging, social and fun. Students learn to listen, practise with different partners and encourage the people around them.

That shared effort creates a real sense of belonging, whether a student wants to compete or simply enjoy learning a new skill.

Strong foundations, safe progress

Good coaching is about more than combinations. Our team keeps the activities varied and the class moving so juniors stay involved while learning the techniques properly.
