Kieran has more than 15 years of Muay Thai experience, including time spent living, training and competing in Thailand alongside Thai fighters. He won his first ten fights.

After an injury unrelated to Muay Thai caused an extended break from competition, he continued studying the sport. His experience alongside leading fighters in the UK and Thailand gives him a broad base of technical and practical knowledge to draw on as a coach.
