Adult Beginners
The hardest step for anyone to take when thinking of martial arts is joining their first class.  All the usual questions go through their mind: Will I look a fool?  I don’t know what I’m doing!  Will I get beaten up?  etc...  Our beginner classes are there to help people make their first step into a class.  They are designed at a basic level - they concentrate on the things you need to get right at the start of your Muay Thai journey.  Proper footwork, how to defend yourself properly and good basic offensive techniques are taught, incorporating the four main weapons of Muay Thai - Punches, Kicks, Knees and Elbows.

Held at a “nice steady” pace, the beginner class is an essential first step for anyone thinking of learning Muay Thai, regardless of their expectations.

A good workout is still a guarantee!

Adult Intermediate
As the title suggests, a midpoint between the beginner and advanced adult classes.  Suitable for those not challenged enough in the beginner classes, but not ready yet for the advanced classes. You will learn how and when to use the basic skills you've learned in the beginner classes, along with more ringcraft and tactical moves.  Sparring is rare in intermediate classes, but can sometimes be used in a very controlled manner.

Adult Advanced
Physically not always that more demanding than the intermediate classes, these classes are designed around the serious trainer, who whilst maybe not wanting to compete for whatever reason, still loves a “damn good” workout! Much more of the advanced class is centered around the fighting aspects of Muay Thai with much more ringcraft, tactics and straight up sparring being integral parts of the sessions.
