after Andy had knocked down Terry three times in a row forcing
the TKO. |

had an iron chin and an iron head. For all five rounds Scott and
Ricky fought an extremely tough battle for the then vacant title
with Scott overcoming the contrasting style of Ricky by using
his long range, then when Ricky closed the gap wrapped him up
in the clinch and reigned elbows down on Ricky until the final
bell when Scott was announced as the new champion. |
