and other products are only available to purchase directly from
the GFC gym, unfortunately we do not offer a mail order service
at the moment. We accept cash or cheque.

(membership)
Adults
£25 annually
Juniors (under 16) £20 annually
Includes a pocket book which details
all your details and achievements, including gradings attained,
fight record etc.
Please
note that you can train for a maximum of one month without a membership,
after that time if you want to continue training you need to purchase
a membership.

Boxing Gloves
Slip-on and Velcro are recommended for sparring,
whilst Lace ups are purely fighter's gloves.
Minimum 12oz gloves for adults for sparring (i.e lighter people
only).
